Project Leaders and Project Staff
The project members and PT Aerowisata staff, conducted a smooth and intense project implementation flow, constantly monitored by the Project Leaders namely MR. DALIAN NASUTION (IT Audit Manager), MR. MINGKI F. TANOD (Systems & Marketing Executive) and the Administration board.
Regular scheduled meetings between both the In-flite Management staff and PT Aerowisata members, allowed the automation to seamlessly penetrate there present business flow with ease.
The Project time scale was kept on time and in schedule, concluding all phases of the implementation in a period of 4 months.
We thank all the staff and Management for there efforts and contributions, who without there help we would have not accomplished such splendid results in such a short period.

DIGITAL PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT at its best, our clients namely AEROWISATA CATERING SERVICE in Indonesia with 3 x Hub-sized Catering Centers located in Jakarta, Denpasar (Bali) and Surabaya, installed last quarter of 2002 the DPM solution, and manage there production areas fully using "DPM", Yes NO MORE PAPER-WORK, only IN-FLITE MANAGER OFFICE, AMOS ONLINE and AMOS DISPLAY with TV monitors and Mouse only driven Terminals located in central areas where Planning and Prep-station, Belt-Packing functions is performed.

P.T. Aerowisata now enriches its entire work force with state of the art, new generation software technology, taking a giant leap ahead of the common and old-fashioned business practice, as it has embraced the digital era, integrating and optimizing fully its business flow.
P.T. Aerowisata has installed In-flite Manager Office - Windows , and is now fully online. P.T. Aerowisata began there entire Office automation in early August 2000, concluding it's implementation on November 2000.
This intense full fledged Automation affected its entire Productive and Administrative areas, namely Transportation & Apron, Operations (OCC), Tray-Set (TSU), Production (Hot/Cold/Bakery), Food Stores, Equipment (ESU.), Customer Service (Menu Costing & Digital Imaging), Sales and Finance.
All these departments not only mastered the concepts of In-flite Manager and its new generation terminology, but have also interactively applied this digital transformation to its Day-To-Day business flow.
This transformation involved the re-engineering of it's management and there thought processes, as well as the re-designing of its office centers.
